Bone involvement is a major concern for patients with multiple myeloma

  • 70% to 95% of patients with advanced multiple myeloma will develop bone lesions,
    which may lead to bone complications or skeletal-related events (SREs)1*
  • 51% of patients with multiple myeloma and osteolytic disease will develop an SRE
    without treatment2


*SREs are generally defined as pathologic fractures, spinal cord compression, radiation or surgery to bone,or tumor-induced hypercalcemia.3
